Once your order is on its way, allow the full 5–8 day window for it to reach you. If something looks off with your delivery, just reach out and we'll help.

Returns & Refunds

We back every frame with our 30-day promise. If you're not happy with your glasses, you have 30 days from delivery to return them.

• Return window: 30 days from the day your order arrives.
• Condition: Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition.
• Refunds: Once your return is received, your refund is processed back to your original payment method.
